100kW Grid-Tied Solar Power System for a Factory

Challenge

To protect the top roof in completion, the factory owner does not want any drilling during PV system installation. BOSIN initially invented a 8.25m oblique support bracket for the ground-mounting system, so as to avoid drilling on the building.

Solution

BOSIN proposed a wind and solar hybrid solar system with hybrid solar inverter which could work both on-grid and off-grid flexibly.

Configuration

• 500W Mono Solar Panel (x200 - 10 parallel groups of 20pcs in series)
• PV combiner box (x1)
• 100kW central grid inverter (x1)
• 100kVA AC distribution cabinet (x1)
• PV specialized monitoring software (x1 set)
• Ground mounted PV bracket system (x1 set)
• Cables and auxiliary (x1 set)

Result

Full power independence has been achieved when the system installation was completed on 2013/11/15, with average power generation of 380kWh.
